Sometimes issues do come up and we hope to resolve them in a positive manner. If we cause a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to correct the issue. This includes begging for forgiveness and doing our best to exceed your expectations in fixing a problem caused by us. We are all human and everyone occasionally drops the ball.
If you made a mistake and provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address during your order process, please contact us at
404-923-0593. We can always fix labels before 5:00 pm on the day your shipment is prepared. Once shipments leave the bakery, it is difficult to resolve problems and additional charges could apply. When an address error occurs, we will gladly split the cost of replacing the item with you. Unfortunately, we can't refund the original shipping costs, and you must pay for the additional new shipping charges.
Everyone's tastes are different, and while it is rare, occasionally the product you ordered just wasn't what you were expecting. We do apologize, but cannot issue refunds. Due to FDA regulations with regards to food items, we cannot accept returns of products once they have left our bakery.

This means that we carefully source every ingredient, from the finest cake flour to imported Swiss chocolate. Each gourmet treat is baked in small batches and packed by hand to ensure it arrives at your location in perfect condition
