Prep Time: 10 minutes + freezing
This cool dessert taste like you spent a lot of time creating it and we guarantee everyone will come back for another serving. While any brand of ice cream sandwich will work, we recommend using a higher end brand like FatBoy Jr ice cream sandwich or Turkey Hill Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Sandwiches.
MISE EN PLACE
17 miniature ice cream sandwiches, divided. (You can purchase full size sandwiches just cut them into smaller pieces.)
1 jar (12 ounces) caramel ice cream topping. (Feel free to try the salted caramel variety)
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed. (We recommend Cool Whip original.)
1/4 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup.
1 Hershey's Symphony Chocolate Bar (7 ounces), chopped.
PROCEDURE
1. Arrange 14 ice cream sandwiches in an ungreased 13-in. X 9-in. X 2-in dish. Cut the remaining sandwiches in half lengthwise, and fill in the spaces in the dish.
2. Spread with caramel and then whipped topping.
3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Then sprinkle with the chopped candy bar as a garnish
4. Cover and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
